GUINOBATAN, ALBAY- Through a buy-bust operation, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency together with Naval Forces Southern Luzon, the Philippine Navy, the Philippine Army, the National Bureau of Investigation, and Guinobatan Municipal Police Station dismantled a drug den in this municipality.
The buy-bust operation was conducted around 12:35 in the afternoon of March 13 (Monday) at Purok 6, Masarawag, Guinobatan, Albay.
Arrested personalities were identified as Lorry Padua Lorilla, 52 years old; Glennel Ollorga Oloteo, 24 years old; Eduard Boneo Bilono, 52 years old; and Orlen Ofemaria Oguis, 36 years old.
During the operation, the authorities were able to seize more or less 10 grams of suspected “shabu” with a value of more or less P68,000.00.
The search, markings, and inventory of the subject of sale and recovered pieces of evidence were done at the place of arrest and in the presence of the witnesses.
Cases for violation of Section 5, Section 6, Section 7, 11, and 12 under Article 2 of Republic Act No. 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects. (RGLA)
