ORMOC CITY- Joint elements of Ormoc City Police Office- Station 2 together with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted a buy bust operation at about 3:35 PM of March 10, 2023 in Barangay Concepcion, Ormoc City.
The suspects were identified as Mark Anthony Apas, a high value target (HVT) and Jenifer Luchavez Montureto, a resurgent high value target (HVT-Resurgent).
Confiscated from the suspects were five (5) pcs plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing MOL 60 grams with an estimated street value of Php408,000.00.
The suspects will be facing charges for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022 and are detained temporarily at Ormoc CPS Lock-Up Facility. (PDEA RO8)
